Back OrdersOccasionally, we will temporarily be out of stock on an item. In these cases, partial shipments will be made and the back ordered item shipped at a later date, unless complete shipment is requested. You will be notified of unexpected delays. Terms of PurchaseMidwest Auto Gear accepts Visa, Mastercard, cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks. Allow 7 days for personal checks to clear. COD (Cash On Delivery) orders are accepted on most items. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on refused COD orders. All customers who have refused COD orders in the past will be required to prepay all future orders. Currently, Midwest Auto Gear does not accept Discover or American Express. Do not return an item without contacting us for return authorization. Whether we have made an error, you wish to exchange something, or there is a warranty claim, return authorization is required to expedite the process. Upon receiving your order, open the carton and inspect the contents. If there is damage during shipment contact the carrier to file a claim. Items returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase. All returned items for a refund must be in new and unused condition.
