All prices are subject to change without notice. Midwest believes all prices listed on this on-line catalog to be accurate, but cannot be responsible for typographical or other errors, or price change due to changing costs from suppliers. Please confirm current prices when ordering.

Shipping

Standard shipping is provided by USPS and UPS at pre-defined rates based on order totals unless otherwise requested. We now charge for this shipping service based on order totals. Please reference the breakdown of these standard shipping rates:

Shipping usually takes 3-7 working days depending on location. Additional shipping options include UPS Red (next day air), UPS Blue (2nd Day Air), and FedEx. Please call us for quotes for these additional shipping options which will be billed at actual cost in addition to the order total. Midwest gladly accepts international orders and ships parts worldwide. All customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Back Orders

Occasionally, we will temporarily be out of stock on an item. In these cases, partial shipments will be made and the back ordered item shipped at a later date, unless complete shipment is requested. You will be notified of unexpected delays.

Terms of Purchase

Midwest Auto Gear accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks. Allow 7 days for personal checks to clear. COD (Cash On Delivery) orders are accepted on most items. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on refused COD orders. All customers who have refused COD orders in the past will be required to prepay all future orders. Currently, Midwest Auto Gear does not accept American Express.

Warranty

Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal. All parts and services offered by Midwest have undergone extensive in-house testing and evaluation to insure the highest level of quality and performance and they are guaranteed to be free from material or manufacturing defects when you receive them. Any attempted alteration of any part will immediately void the warranty.

Returns

Should you have a problem with an order, please call us. We will correct the problem immediately. Do not return an item without contacting us for return authorization. Whether we have made an error, you wish to exchange something, or there is a warranty claim, return authorization is required to expedite the process. Upon receiving your order, open the carton and inspect the contents. If there is damage during shipment contact the carrier to file a claim. Items returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase. All returned items for a refund must be in new and unused condition. If a part has been installed the refund or exchange will not be authorized.
